Loyal viewers may recall the Omotesando St. Patrick’s Day parade from Episode 2 (and if you don’t, or haven’t seen it, feel free to check it out!) Well, Zensho! decided to go again this year, and he put together this quick video of the parade. You may see some familiar faces and some great new ones. But like Zensho, you may be upset over the absence of a key personality…

Japanic TV Episode 05

It seems only fitting that on the anniversary (give or take a day) of episodes three and four, the Turks return with episode five. This one focuses on the cute kids. Witness them at play in the Children’s Castle and enjoying a Tamagotchi fest, or learning under Zensho’s expert tutelage. If you’re not into the kawaii chibi scene, we also have another fast food round up and a look at Kawasaki J-League soccer team, the Frontale.

Japanic TV Episode 04

It’s been exactly one year since episode 3 of JapanicTV was released, and finally the Turks are back in action. This episode deals with some of the more adult things that they saw during their time in Japan. There’s a festival dedicated to a metal member, a store specializing in safe sex and more, a comic convention with some naughty books, and some sports, which actually are pretty tame. Help welcome the Turks back by watching the show, telling a friend, and leaving a comment.

Be warned: this one is not for kids.

This warning sign at the imperial gardens clearly states in Japanese the message of 危険(kiken) which means ‘DANGER’. However, those of you who can read English can see that the message to the foreign community as ‘No Admittance’.

It’s quite apparent that warnings of danger was not enough to fend off the throngs of brash, Western tourists with their daredevil attitudes. After several injuries and one death, the officials finally amended the sign to say “NO ADMITTANCE”. Leave it to Westerners to respect property laws over their own safety. Must be a lay over from Manifest Destiny.
